How is this different from seeing a nutritionist or dietitian?

Nutritionists and dietitians focus primarily on food and meal planning. Health coaches take a holistic approach—we address nutrition, lifestyle, environment, stress, sleep, mindset, and behavior change. We partner WITH you to create sustainable transformation, not just hand you a meal plan.

Do I need to do functional testing?

Testing is optional, not required. Many clients see great results without testing. However, if we suspect deeper issues (gut dysbiosis, hormone imbalances, etc.), I can coordinate with functional medicine doctors who can order tests. You would pay the doctor/lab directly for testing.

What if I have food restrictions or allergies?

Perfect! Your protocol is 100% personalized to YOU. We work with your dietary needs, preferences, and restrictions.

Can I do this if I'm vegetarian/vegan/keto/etc.?

Absolutely. I don’t push any specific diet. We create a nutrition approach that works for YOUR body and aligns with your values.

How much time will this take each week?

Sessions are bi-weekly (45-60 minutes). Between sessions, implementation time varies—some weeks might be light (simple swaps), others might require more (meal prep, shopping). Most clients spend 2-5 hours per week on action items.

What if I travel a lot for work?

We’ll create strategies that work with your lifestyle! Many of my clients travel frequently, and we build protocols that are flexible and sustainable on the road.

Will I have to buy expensive supplements?

Not necessarily. I only recommend what’s truly essential for YOU. Some clients need just a few key supplements ($50-150/month), while others with more complex issues might invest more. We discuss budget upfront and prioritize.

Do you guarantee results?

I can’t guarantee specific outcomes because every body is different, and results depend on many factors (including your commitment to the process). What I CAN guarantee is that I’ll show up fully, provide expert guidance, and support you every step of the way.

What if I'm not seeing results?

We troubleshoot! If something isn’t working, we adjust. Your protocol is flexible and evolves based on your feedback and progress.
